PLEASE VOTE!
As you may know the recent ballot result from the 2019 Three Rivers Landowners Association Annual Meeting was not sufficient to satisfy the 75% membership vote requirement in regards to The Allen Trust (Anderson Family) Settlement Agreement and Annexation into Three Rivers.
Although the current results are overwhelmingly in favor of a “YES” vote with over 99% approval, we are still hundreds of votes short of our 75% goal.
Since we only received 37% of possible votes we were forced to send out new ballots to the nearly 900 landowners who did not return theirs. You should have received your ballot by now.
This was not be a cheap endeavor and will consume many more hours of volunteer labor until we finally get enough votes returned.
PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR BALLOT AND RETURN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS STRONGLY RECOMMENDS A “YES” VOTE.
If we voted at the Annual Meeting do you need us to vote again and send ballots in? I believe the answer is yes but please confirm. Thank you!
If you voted at the meeting then those are official and you’re good to go. If you received the emergency ballots in the mail then that means we never received your votes for some reason. If you haven’t received anything all along then contact the front office to ensure they have your correct address on record.
Remember that you get 2 votes for each set of annual dues paid.
Didn’t receive the first ballot & have not received the second mailing of the ballot. BUT THE DUES are another story. The dues bill showed up by both US mail & email. Go figure !!!!
Contact the front office and figure out why you’re getting billed for dues but not receiving voting info.
All,
We’re still about 90 votes short of our 75% goal on the Allen Trust settlement. If you have not voted yet, please do so. If you never received your voters package, please contact the front office to determine why not and to make sure we we have your correct info on record.
The longer we drag this out the more expensive it gets for us.
Thanks,
Ryan Oliver
