What to do in case of an emergency

IF A CELLULAR PHONE IS AVAILABLE...
CALL 911

Non-Emergency 541-275-2201 (to report a non-emergency, example; illegal open burn, campfire etc.)

2. IF NO CELL PHONE IS AVAILABLE...
Call the Three Rivers Gate on CB Channel 3.

3. STAY AVAILABLE to follow instructions given by Jefferson County Sheriffs Emergency Dispatch.

4. When you call:

a) I have a fire emergency / I have a medical emergency
b) Identify: I am at Three Rivers Recreation area
c) Give complete information. Address and nearest cross street, landmarks.
d) They will dispatch Three Rivers Fire and Rescue

5. Emergency Evacuation may be needed if the fire is within Three Rivers. Most of our ....roads have only one exit.

8. Traffic Control:

a) Park in proper designated areas only!
b) Do not block any road!
c) Yield to ALL Emergency Vehicles.
d) Do not block your driveway!
e) Do not park close to the fire!
f) Leave keys in your car and close your windows and doors!
g) Avoid parking in grassy areas!
